E-Business Suite R12 Payables RPC Available
A new R12.1: Payables Recommended Patch Collection (AP RPC), has been released. See Doc ID 1397581.1 for more information. The RPC is a collection of recommended patches that was created with the following goals in mind:

  • Stability: Address issues that occur often as observed by Oracle Development and Global Customer Support and that interfere with the normal completion of critical business processes such as Period Close.

  • Root Cause Fixes: Deliver a final fix (root cause) to most Data Corruption issues that delay Period Close, Invoice Processing, Suppliers and more.

  • Compact: Whilst bundling a large number of important corrections keep the file footprint as small as possible to facilitate uptake and minimize testing.

  • Reliable: Reliable code with multiple customer downloads and comprehensive testing from QA and Support.

  • Granular: Depending on your needs you can choose to uptake all RPCs or one by one.
